Very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE UNIVERSE‼️ I came in the McCain location at 1043am went to the appliance dept to purchase an electric dryer but no one chose to assist me. The employee who appears to work in the dept was on her cellphone and DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME after several minutes of standing there. Then I canvased the area to search for help stop 4 different employee and all they could say is I DON'T WORK IN APPLIANCES. Ordered merchandise July 6 and still not delivered, although a lady finally called yesterday afternoon to tell me my gas grill was ready and they would call me when it was put on the truck for delivery. My credit card has already been charged, but no phone call and no grill delivered in spite of being told it would be delivered today between 8 am and noon. Trying to get a human to carry on a rational conversation by telephone is a waste of time and effort. Home Depot is right across the street.
The people checking you out in the garden area are busier talking to each other than helping the customers! I could have climbed on the top shelf and got my river rock down faster than they did ! I was still waiting on it after a trip to customer service because they charged me for the wrong mulch ! Come on people it’s not that hard !
It seems since the Covid-19 crisis...that employee relations are out the window here. Wrong info given over the phone...even while waiting in excess of 30 min to speak to someone. Online orders never pulled and no excuse or apology given even after 24 hours. Managers never seem to be 'in the store' to express grievance. I really hate this place....and wish it wasn't this way. I used to enjoy shopping at Lowes's and using my military discount. I do everything I can to go elsewhere now.😤😤😤

RecommendedThere is a young man, Adrian, that works in the lawn and garden dept at the N Little Rock Lowes. He is knowledgeable about plants and landscaping and is very helpful They should hire more people like him
I had a delivery scheduled for yesterday. No call, no show, and the local store won't answer the phone. I have been on eternal hold with the 1-800 number. I wouldn't even be complaining if they had sent at least a text or email.
Rude and not knowledgeable. Management is the worst. Home Depot is so much better. Not once did i get greeted while roaming around. Always short staffed. I heard people are willing to work but they won’t put the employees on schedule. They go months without being scheduled and management doesn’t care. What a failure. Never have to worry about getting my business again. Home Depot is across the road from there. Don’t waste your time at this location
