Worst service ever! Waited for 20 minutes and no one came to help. Couldn't find a manager
Very hard to get anyone to wait on you. They walk past you without stopping. You walk up to an employee and they tell you that they are too busy, that you need to find someone else. Also it’s a battle to get my military discount. They told me that they only give it on certain days. I stopped going there. And I strongly recommend that NO one go there.
This is purely a rating on Lowe's installation services. It has been an absolute nightmare. We were told our counter tops would be installed in 4 weeks and at the most 6 weeks. Well, we just entered the fourth month and we have a kitchen with no counters. That's right. Week 15! I wouldn't trust Lowe's again if they did it for free. I had the best service the last two times I went to this Lowes location. David was very friendly, introduced himself and even shook my hand and thanked me for shopping there the first time I met him and just went in yesterday and poor guy was in a sling as he just had surgery but still went out of his way to go the extra mile once again! This is what wins me over was the great service I got from Paul plus they have everything I need in one trip!
No one in appliances but I went to customer service had a picture of the tag of the washer I wanted they scanned pic on my phone, I paid and they got the guy from the key department to bring it out of the warehouse. Everyone nice but very understaffed.
