We drove down from Conway to get some paneling Conway was out it was up on top shelf the guys got it Wright down and loaded it for us check out was great to thanks

Lowe's installed a new washer and dryer for me on 3/5. A month after the install, we found that there was a piece missing and water has leaked in my house for a month. I get that everyone makes mistakes and that isn't what annoys me most. For a company to make the type of money they make a year and to have such a horrible, watered down process for addressing problems they create makes me know that I will definitely not be doing further business with them in the future. I purchased tile online from Lowes com from the North Little Rock store for .06 a tile and .94 for the box, I ordered a total of 409 boxes, when I showed up to pick them up after borrowing a truck and driving over and hour, they said no, the tile was .94 each not a box even after I showed them the paperwork. They refused to honor the pricing. I called the 800# and was told that the prices online don't count no one has to honor them.
