Well, I purchased a washer and dryer set and issued a check from a local credit union (that I bank) to pay for it. It was declined through Certegy. It was embarrassing for me to go through this hassle. The check was made out to Lowe's because I had gone a day before to get an estimate for the washer and dryer set that I'd purchase. This was my first and last time doing business with this company.
shame on this lowes! they make their employees work while looking like death because they dont know how to schedule and manage keeping a staff for things like flu season. they'd rather put all of their other employees and customers at risk! not to mention their employees jobs on the line when they call in sick and cant afford to provide a doctor's note! go to home depot or shop local!
I can never find anyone to assist me. Do you not have any employees? I've been in this store for over 30 minutes, I've yet to get any help. 2people have paged overhead for help. This is ridiculous. I'm calling corporate.
RecommendedI got the most part enjoy my experience shopping at Lowes in NLR. My only complaint is the self check out junky registers. They NEVER work right. Please take them out and hire some cashiers!!!!
You can never get help in the appliance section. That is why we never wind up buying from them. We should skip the experience because it is never worth the trip.
The specialist acted like he was pissed because we asked him a question-and of course he had no clue about anything.This is every time we go here-nobody knows anything. My last trip here...

Delivery was scheduled. No show no call no apology. I will never go to Lowes again. Home Depot is across the street.
