Bought a lawnmower yesterday & it was delivered this morning!
We go there a lot - most of the time we don't need help but when we do we are helped. Always have what we need. The clerks are always polite.
Be careful, they'll use a forklift one aisle over to move around heavy items without closing off the aisle you're in, but when they realize the mistake they made, they'll blame it on you, saying you walked past the sign and put yourself in danger of being crushed if items were to fall off the shelf. Then after all that, he never even looked to see if there was extra stock for the shelf I was wanting and instead said he would check another store. My favorite place to shop! I can spend hours trolling the isles looking for awesome deals!
Better customer service would be amazing. It use to be great when we first started shopping here. It's steadily gone down hill.
