This is from a post I saw on FB. It made me sad and reminded me of why I don’t shop there. 😢 I didn’t post the name of the original poster. Everytime I go to Lowe’s I end up loading purchases for senior citizens in their vehicles because Lowe’s doesnt accompany them out to assist. This is an epic fail on customer service. Literally had a 90 ur old man loading his own sheet metal. Seriously ???? They should ask all seniors if they would like assistance. Really irritates me!
Online it only tells you delivery of our washer and dryer between 8am and 8pm. Yesterday my wife calls to ask if she can at least know morning or afternoon. The lady on the phone from the 2nd street store was rude and would not help look up the order status. Today I called an OKC Lowe’s, and a helpful gentleman was able to inform me it was being delivered from the Kelly and Covell location. I call that location, and get put on hold for over 5 minutes without even having been… See more

This Lowe's is amazing and quite literally saved my life. When we moved into a new house the movers completely broke our refrigerator where it was unusable. What good does your “policy” on wearing masks do when your employees don’t wear them or wear them incorrectly and when you don’t require customers to wear them? Based on two days of observations. Failure in management; you have to inspect what you expect.
Texting with your online BOT is an insult to one’s intelligence. It’s like some played a joke on you and Lowe’s employees are sitting back laughing at you. How much did you pay for this insult to someone’s intelligence????.?.?
