We love Lowe’s and go there often last night the guy that was working outside near the real Christmas trees about 6pm was so rude. He checked my husband out for a real tree and a wreath and didn’t say thank you and just really seemed like he hated his job. We asked him if they put netting around trees and his response was nope before he zipped up his tent thing. The customer care is always excellent. Add that to the support for veterans and I go no where else for home improvement items but Lowe’s.
Alie & Cole delivered my appliances and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! They were great!!
So I bought a brand new hustler raptor zero-turn mower over the 4th of July from the Kelley store in Edmond, OK. I mowed my very easy grass ONCE and just went out to mow again after a week and the back main tire is flat. I checked and it’s within the small grooves of the tire that aren’t even possible to get to. So i called the store to see if they could do anything about it. Nope, it’s a “manufacturer” issue. Man, they aight. But the George guy from plumbing is the beez kneez.
So the other day I waited to speak to someone in flooring about carpeting a 1000 square foot room. Lowes had already come to the house to take measurements so we were in the system and committed to a decent purchase. Did I mention I waited, and waited, and waited.... pressed the service button at least 5 times, made eye contact with a few Lowes employees to far away to directly help me, where they ducked into an isle never to be seen again. Yesterday we went to 2 Lowes. The first didnt have all we needed. As we checked out, 2 lines were open, and the 3rd line didnt have the light on, so we didnt go to that line. We watched several people check out before we ever made it to the register and there were only a few people in front of us. Then we came to this one. When we checked out, there were 2 lines open, and as people started coming up to check out, 2 other people came out and opened registers to get everyone out. Thank you!
I don't normally post/review about businesses on here, but we have been in this location 6 times since moving to Edmond 2 months ago. Every single time the customer service has been the absolute worst ever! Rude, condescending and just plain out jerks! Thank goodness for Westlake Ace Hardware!!!!
