What a joke! So Lowes does not price match with home depot? Pretty much was told to take my business to Home Depot. Went to get scotts winter guard fertilizer which Lowes has for $49 and Home Depot has for $42. Didn’t realize Lowes was going to be such a difference in price. I asked if they price matched and was told since it was on sale at Home Depot I should buy it from them because Lowes won’t price match. What a waste of my time! Great store we shop there all the time they have everything we need for our house and pool Lowe's is the best
My husband bought a grill here and opted for home delivery. They told us today would be the day they would be delivering the grill and that they would call us close to delivery giving us a time frame around what time they would be dropping it off. They didn't call us so I've called two times. The first I called the delivery line I was on hold for about 10 minutes but then it made a busy signal and hung up. Just now I called again. This is the worst store with the most unprofessional workers I have ever had to deal with. After 6 hours of waiting and 2 phone calls to them, my freezer still hasn't been delivered! No call telling us they're running behind or anything. I'd rather have a hysterectomy by a one armed woodchuck than to deal with anyone working at this store. It makes no sense how backwards this store is ran.
*****EDIT***** We again tried Lowes for a fence. They advertised “professionals” that would come out and bid your project from start to finish. Steven Cassio came out. He seemed very professional. He kept in touch often, but after he received our $3800 check, he was impossible to reach. Then enters Shelly. The project coordinator... from 3 states away??? Ok!! She sets up our fence install for Wed, then Fri... then wait to for it... the contractors daughter went into labor so ...Continue Reading
