My mom, her friend and I went in today and Sharon helped us so much! She didn’t just show us to where we needed to look. We needed a sink pedestal a specific size. She helped us look until she found one the exact size we needed, helped pick out the faucet and showed us exactly what we needed in the way of pipes. Very helpful and I’d love for her to get recognition for this. She is a shining example of customer service. We’ll ask for her again to help.
The worst place in Columbus, GA!!!! The customer service is horrible. Cashier could care less about guest, service leader was the rudest. Manager a little better but not much. Save your money and go to Home Depot.
Customer service at the store sucks. Store was way better when Matt who is the store manager customer service was good employees enjoy their job if you employees I talked to said they hate working there but they need the job management sucks cut hours that makes customer service sucks why didn't plumbing for 30 minutes to see somebody come I even called the front desk and hadn't paid somebody to come to me never happened I will be at Home Depot guy now forever I can't deal with incompetence at the management level
Spent almost $1500 on a washer/dryer set. Scheduled delivery for morning and took time off work, but delivery driver decided to make it an afternoon delivery in addition to being rude on the phone. Called the store to complain, but nothing happened. Refused shipment since manager doesn't value customer service. Don't waste your time here, go to home depot.
I’ll never purchase from them again. Took our money for floors and the install was complete garbage. Contracted company sent a sub contractor that ruined the install and left my home covered in black smears on the walls, trash in my house and outside was trashed as well. We have been in contact with Lowe’s to only get the run around and no solution. Never will I shop here again.
Customer service nightmare... It's almost like they want you spend a $1000 somewhere else... and from now on I will. CAN'T TELL ME IF IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN MORNING OR AFTERNOON. As if people don't work to afford the washer and dryer they bought in the first place. Then when told afternoon by customer service, poor delivery guy shows up in morning to an empty home, and now has wasted his time. 8 Oct 17 delivery sucked, the heavy guy is not a friendly guy and did not want to work on a Sunday! Does not represent your company well!
