Can you please consider a contractor hour? We can not afford to pay people to stand in line for hours on end. I just spent an hour on the phone to try and get an item added to my order (which was suppose to be someday and it’s still pending from Thursday) only to be hung up on. You need a plan to keep those who support you year round using your stores during this time. We need a contractor entrance or contractor hour.
The long waiting line at Lowe's could be improved by Opening more than One cash Register...no wonder you have to wait so long before you are able to get inside the store. Then when you do, there are about 50 employe's standing around in groups of 3 to 5 or more just laughing, lollygaging, doing nothing while you have to wait for the one old cahier to get to you. I bought a washing machine that ended up being broken. The manager and customer service was rude but agreed to replace it. They were supposed to deliver it on Monday but did not. They brought a dryer instead of a washer on Tuesday. Then the forgot to put it on the truck Wednesday. Now they say we will need to just wait until tomorrow. Nightmare of a place to do business. Will never go back.
Had all my tools stolen out of my truck while inside Lowe’s no more than 15 minutes
I'm here to pick up a grill I ordered on line. The ladies at the register were nice but the man who came to let us know he was not getting it down and loaded was very rude to me. He said people have been fussing at him all day. not my problem. Please train your staff in public relations.

today lowes had two Gorgeous elves serving hot cider and cookies on Black Friday.... — with Crystal Doll.
The customer service assistant "Kebia" went above and beyond her job assisting me with my purchase. I took 20 minutes which should only taken 5 minutes. I would have made the purchase anyways after comparison shopping with competitors.
The staff was incredibly helpful. Ms. Edna and crew were terrific!
