Could not get assistance in locating an item that was shown online as available at this location and ready for pickup today. Saw few employees. I asked the 3 that I saw, & they did not know if item was available, or where, & only pointed in general directions. My husband asked an associate in pro services & she did not know, but tried to help. She asked a floor associate who responded, “I don’t know.” She asked “could you check?” And he just stared at her. could not find what I needed, could not get any help because I only saw 6 employees and they appeared to be hiding except the guy in appliances and he stayed busy. I was wet by you broken faucet in the bathroom, how are you a hardware store and have a broken sink? finally set what I had in my hands down and walked out of store. Will go to Home Depot tomorrow.
Customer service I seen today was fantastic . Lowe's manager helped out a senior citizen by discounting the deck sealer he needed. Pretty sure Lowe's didn't make dime off the sealer . But they did make difference in someone else's life . Making America Great One Customer At A Time. Thank you Lowe's😎
Lowe’s is the worst! I complete disappointment each and every time we visit. They also seem to think it’s ok to advertise false prices. Email stated Preen Mulch 4/$10.00. Told at the Columbus GA location today, that price doesn’t apply to their store. Email doesn’t specify a location. Last visit, we will not give them the benefit of the doubt ever again. Your COLUMBUS GA store never fails to disappoint!

The staff is VERY INEXPERIENCED! I thought it was bad before but it really needs a complete overhaul!
Bought a refrigerator little over a year ago with an extended warranty. Ice maker quit working and the warranty people don’t know what they are doing after 4 tries of them trying to fix it we called Lowe’s and apparently they don’t want to make this right! Should have gone to Home Depot!
