ordered cabinets on line and waited for the call with delivery time. When not received, I went on line to check the order. It was cancelled. After holding thru 3 cycles of music and "we are servicing other customers", I get a nice gentleman that informs me that "something" in my order wasn't available so their practice is to cancel the entire order. No call, no email, nothing. I have been a loyal , satisfied customer for several years, but the last 6 months I've had terrible experiences. Don't know what changed but they need... read more
Bad form Lowes! I went to the store today and when i presented my military ID i was told that you can no longer get a military discount unless you register online. Why would i need to register online when i'm standing right in front of you with a valid ID?? What about seniors or other folks that just don't use the internet? Now you've discriminated against them because of their age. I'm now remembering why i rather shop at Home Depot.
Bought a fridge that was suppose to be in stock on Monday..was to be delivered on Fri...Got a call on Thurs...The fridge was damaged in delivery..How is it delivered when it's in stock??....Now it will be 5 more days before I get what I paid for...That's if this one isn't damaged...Will NEVER buy from again...
I've been going here for a few months buying plants, specifically succulents and cacti. I gave a bug infested plant to the nice lady (who is super helpful) and she put it aside, went back 2 weeks later, last night, and the plant was back and tripled infestation and had some new friends. I told the manager and added the clearance pots had mealybugs. I don't want to buy something and infect my healthy plants at home. They sell pesticides, how hard is it to maintain the plants or simply isolate them so others aren't affected? H... read more
