You are getting just as bad as Walmart!!. Only ONE Register open. Self check out malfunctioning and one lady in area to help is on the phone and then helps another customer that just walked up after she saw me waiting. Another employee walks up from Customer Service area And I ask her for help but she tells me the other lady is in that area and will help me. Great customer service!! �
My Wife and I were in the store at 6:00 am Tuesday morning. We purchased a new Washing machine for $600.00. The Gentleman that assisted us in the appliance department was Phenomenal HOWEVER the cashier that checked us out up front didn’t seem to like being at work at 6:00 am. She never smiled, never said THANK YOU for spending your hard earned money in our store. Just very rude in general. I really like shopping at Lowes, but at this point on a scale of 1 to 10 I give their Customer Service a Negative 10 - WORST I HAVE ever dealt with
I was bragging on the great deal I got at lowes on my countertops but after the installation I am very upset. they damaged my walls and lowes doesn't seem to want to make it right. dont use lowes for counter tops
Do not buy anything from either the APP or online for store pickup.. Their inventory system might show a specific quantity in stock but that doesn’t mean anything.. I placed an order thru their app for pickup in the store on Saturday, Sunday I received a cal that they didn’t have any of the item in stock (even though their system showed 3 in stock). Love shopping the dead plant rack! Most of the plants just need a little haircut and a drink of water. Prices are amazing.
Worst Customer service i've ever experienced. The employees were extremely rude, unprofessional and of no help what so ever. I'm making a point to never return to this store. It's worth the drive to go somewhere else.
The worst experience I have ever had !!! A simple thing like a water installation. These people could not pull it off. Terrible customer service. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. Done with Lowe’s. Looks like Homedepot here I come.
