Don't now if it's lowes fault or my bank but money on hold over 1900 and I have nothing to show hope it goes back in my account or we're gonna have a fight
Lowes took A LOT of my money and ghosted me. Their "designer" basically fired me, because she refused to be accountable or answer any questions. Since I've been to the store, in person, with a list of complaints, have made several calls, and haven't heard a peep. Once they have their money, they don't care.
The Bloomington Lowes (store # 0634) is the worse for customer service and delivery! Bought a microwave last Thursday was told I'd be getting a call within 24 hrs to set up the install. 6 days later, calling everyday, I was told someone would get ahold of me today or tomorrow. Still waiting, I've given three numbers to call and no attempt at any of them, also was told that they just pulled the info yesterday which really pisses me off. If you want anything in B-town, go someplace else.
