14 days to find out they ordered the wrong washer and dryer set, 8 more days to get the correct pair, 3 more days to maybe get a pair without a scratched up front (offered us a 10% discount, shame). Absolutely the worst experience we have had purchasing some appliances. Can you give 0 (zero) stars?
I bought this plant from Lowe's a few weeks ago FOXGLOVE. I have since noticed a couple dead birds in my flowers and a big crow just outside my fence yesterday. Luckily I didn't throw this tag away. I pulled the plant up today put it in a plastic bag and put it in the trash. The tag reads POISONOUS if consumed by animals or humans. Yes,I obviously didn't read the full tag, however; I'm disappointed in Lowe's, why would they sell such a thing.

Wow. Had a hose that broke after 2 weeks of use. We had thrown away the receipt & cardboard packaging. Went to exchange/return and encountered Teresa at customer service. She said that they couldn't do anything or look up the receipt even though a sign right next to her clearly stated they could. Finally got her to call another associate who confirmed they did sell the hose and that it could be returned. She had a very nasty attitude about the whole transaction. Same flooring problems....Installed the WRONG carpet! Don't know whose fault. But have gotten the run around every since then. Going on 2 months later...had to move Thanksgiving and had no tree for Christmas. Didn't even ORDER the right stuff for weeks! Called one of 3 people 5 days in a row to be told they were ALL either not there, on break or at lunch. EVERY TIME. DO NOT BUY CARPET HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Would YOU like being treated that way?
Ordered stove and dishwasher online with a delivery date of 12/18. Called to schedule the delivery and it’s not in until 1/2 but they’ve already charged my cc. Customer service at Lowe’s is worthless. So much for Christmas dinner.
Terrible. Absolutely terrible. For the 4th time now we have failed delivery of a washer and dryer for a disabled client. Absolutely ridiculous.
