bought a scratched stove today. checked out the scratched area. Will be all hidden when placed between the counters of my kitchen. no warranty. got stove home. definitely a used stove. white ash stain on oven floor. so far it seems to be working ok. worries me that they didn't tell me it was preowned. didn't know they were in the business of selling USED APPLIANCES.

Our water heater went out last night and I went to Lowe’s this morning to get a new one. I was told it would be one to two days before our new one would be here and they called today and installed it. The two men were so amazing and nice. Thank you Lowe’s for saving the day.

No one, including the managers, have any idea what is going on. No one can tell me when my windows I ordered will be in, but they can tell me the windows have been built for 2 weeks at the time of the call. Walking in the store is the same story, everyone is clueless, chain of command/leadership is nearly non existent and makes for a terrible place to work for people who actually have home improvement skills. The good employees are often overwhelmed and over worked so, as customers, we rarely see good employees. Menards isn’... read more

I spent $135 there last night, never had the misfortune of being treated with such total indifference by any sort of retail establishment. The cashier was rude, exhausted and short tempered. The floor help were lazy, and made it clear they would do no more than barley mumble, with no eye contact and no real desire to assist you at all. I was told I could get assistance with 500# of sand by a floor person, cashier told me no sales person would have told me that, she was short staffed and I could grab a cart and find the sand ... read more

2nd carpet installation today in the last couple years....2nd absolute disaster. The free installation and moving sale is not at all what it’s cracked up to be. There is always a HUGE lack of communication between Lowe’s and the contractors which always leads to HUGE problems. And to top it off, I’m 39 weeks pregnant and was just asked to move something that weighs approximately 50 lbs that we were told they would move 🤦🏼‍♀️ Let me get right on that...

Wow.... there are so many ways. Let's see. How about adopting a attitude of "CARING about the customer" I had nightmare with Lowes last year about a $5000 flooring issue. Not one person in this organization asked me what they need to do to make me happy. Still to this day. The people who I talked with to elevate my problem NEVER called back or did what they said they would. NEVER!!! Both, the installer, the magical customer service number. What a joke here. 100 percent of what was promised never happened. I will never spend ... read more

I purchased Levelor top-down, bottom-up blinds from Lowe's in Bloomington, IN during the 2018 Memorial Sale. Many of the blinds would not raise properly. Lowe's came out and acknowledged the issue. it took until October or November for them to actually replace the blinds. The new blinds are having the same issue and Lowe's is doing virtually nothing to resolve the issue. One blind isn't even right at a basic level (i.e., not room darkening) and they haven't even replaced it. $2,500 purchase that has never worked and Lowe's r... read more
