Great service. Store is clean and well laid out. Found what I wanted. Checker at the check out was waiting to serve me with a smile.
Seven weeks out, carpet my daughter and son in law had installed still isn't correct and no one seems to care or is professional enough to realize people didn't do their job. There's no carpet in the hall, there's carpet where there wasn't supposed to be, no carpet ramp where asked for, the edges in many places haven't even been put down right...and she, seven weeks later and a big holiday get together gone, they're still not satisfied and continually being told they've never contacted anyone! I would not purchase any kitchen appliances from them!!! I have had problems with my microwave ever since I got it!!' We remolded our 2 bathrooms and kitchen which was not cheap and they refuse to replace my microwave. I have had a service man out here 3 times... They had to replace the door because it was twisted. I am extremely disappointed that your employees in the paint department do not have the know how on your products. They sold me primer with the valspar signature paint. I didn't notice until my rooms were already primed and I open the paint that is states right on the can that it is a primer and paint in one. I will be notifying you of this personally. I am out almost 50 dollars. And to add that I am using red and they sold me white primer and if I was to use a primer it should have been gray. Unhappy customer!
