Customer service is horrible. They broke my storm door and some trim work and refused to fix either. Handle on fridge broke, had to super glue it back on. Won't be shopping there in the future.
We purchased kitchen appliances at the beginning of the month and the staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. One associate showed me a stove with very minor shipping damage that's price was reduced significantly with no functional damage and still a very beautiful appliance. It was a great deal and a nicer model than what I had intended to purchase. They were even accommodating to our schedules for delivery. Think twice about having floors installed by Lowe's. The product is great, but the company they use for installing is horrible. We had an issue with the floor that needs to be repaired and no one will come fix it. Weeks and months of calling, being put on hold and being told that the installer company has been contacted to come fix it, and Keller won't come fix it. I've called corporate, sent emails, come to the store and still nothing. For a minor repair that will take them less than an hour this is ridiculous. And, no offe... read more
Wanted a fence installed, they said 3 weeks on 9/5. They got my $ & 3 weeks roll by, never heard from them. Called the guy who wrote up contract, heard nothing back. Finally I used their customer service, and now they are saying 10/20 they will be out. I won't hold my breath.
The worker 's lazy they are rude and not very helpful it hurt several of them to help me if you could call it help. I think they know nothing about your store or anything in it.Bloomington and Terre Haute same distance. Terre Haute just won out. Will not be visiting your store no more. Sad poorest customer service in any of their stores...
My "new" cabrio whirlpool dryer is not working correctly. It has started making a very loud unusual noise out of the blue; it is only just over a year old. The Lowe's local appliance warranty repairman came today & in less than five minutes said that he'd have to "try" and replace the motor; but there is no guarantee that will solve the problem?
