We received fantastic service from a gentleman in the paint department of the Bloomington IN store. I had several problems to solve, and Steve had good and reasonable solutions for all of them. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone else we had questions for was able to point us in the right direction. From the time we walked in until the time we walked out, we received nothing but helpful, friendly service from people who knew their stuff.
0 stars. Terrible customer service. I won't be going back. We had contact with 6 different employees and not one of them were helpful.
waited 5 weeks for an $1800 special order door, then when it came in, waited 40 minutes at the front of the store and couldnt get anyone to help me load it. another customer had to help me load it. This is consistent with the quality of service I get every time I go in the store.
My daughter and her mother went in to this store at the weekend, bought a handful of 1x4s and asked for them to be cut to length. Not rocket science. They were told by a surly employee that the saw was broken and offered no other solution. Here's a tip, Lowes of Bloomington - YOUR STORE HAS AN AISLE FULL OF SAWS. A little initiative and a slightly better attitude on the part of your employees would have stopped me from making this post and our deciding to take our home improvement dollars elsewhere. Never answers back after the remodel is done and didn’t care that anything they put in was broken just left us with a water damage waiting the happen and a cracked French door.
We bought a toilet and had it installed the tank has leaked seance it was installed and they didn’t tighten down the toilet to the floor. My wife almost off of it. We needed a higher toilet because my wife is disabled To keep it from falling over I tighten it down and now Lowe’s will not stand behind their product. The people that installed it was Owen County Contractor’s I would suggest going somewhere else for your Home improvement needs Is this how Lowe’s treats all their Disabled customers?
Awful! No one cares and no one knows what they are doing! Ordered counters in June and found out Thursday they were never ordered. And yesterday was the estimated delivery date � they never answered my calls and didn't call me back until last minute saying they weren't ordered! Do not get anything from them! You are better off going somewhere else!
