Me and my mom came to pick up a grill and 2 doors and we had to load them on truck , just me and her. Then man comes out and see us doing this and walks over to me as I am cutting the rope to secure the items on truck, I am thinking he is here to help. I tell him I am about to strap the items down on back of truck and he says, "okay good cause I don't know how to tie a grill down , so I am glad you know how to"! Then he just walks off. Very very RUDE staff and not helpful at all. I will not be back.
Don't buy a Samsung frig from our local Lowes. We called them repeatedly about our ice maker not working, etc. Today, Lowes picked up our LEMON.
For the customers that don't buy anything from lowes or the ones that leave a cart full of things and don't buy it. I wanna tell you that lowes does not care if you buy or don't buy they will still make money at the end of the year because they know that there will be customers that come in behind you that will buy things from them.
I'm at Lowe's and I swear I hate this place more and more. I needed a few 1x4 and needed a lumber cart. I asked hey do y'all have a cart and I was promptly told yes they are all over the parking lot. Witch was to say go get it your self im to busy to help.
Garden center randomly closes, always locked during rain. I've gone in many times and ended up locked in and had to walk all the way around to get my car from the garden center. Nobody helps in the wood area. Lumber is still cable tied in huge bundles. I took one bundle of four to a register to break down because no associates were to be found.
