When 8 people are lined up to check out, how about opening up another register. That’s my only gripe
My brother-n-law purchased a fire pit online and had it delivered to the Hattiesburg store. My sister and I went to pick it up. After waiting over an hour n half we received the fire pit broken.
We are in the process of having our kitchen and dining room floors redone by Lowe’s. They told us it was a 3 day job. Which was fine. They would be done by Friday and Easter was Sunday. We could still enjoy our family weekend. Until this all turned into a nightmare. First of off they showed up 6 hours late the first day. The second day, only one person was there. And on the third day ( when they was supposed to be finishing) they was still removing grout and only had a few piece of the new flooring down. Then proceeded to te... read more
Be nice if they actually had things in stock and didn't have to look everywhere. Even when the system says they have 100 of something, they still can't find it.
just spent an hour inside Lowe's trying to get help for something they said online there were six of in stock could never get any help talk to four different people finally ordered it online thinking well they got to get it and just got a phone call saying hey we don't got it
Needed more min wax stain that I had purchased previously from this store. I got the rudest unpleasant woman in the paint department. She wouldn’t look for more on the computer. Just looked at the same shelf I did and said no we don’t have it. You will have to choose another and walked off. Not me chick. I called min wax today and they turned me on to Sherwin Williams to a wonderful salesman named Mack who ordered me 4 and will be here Friday!!!! I will be getting all my stain from them.
