First trip I asked an employee if an area was his department. His response was 'It's Lowes' as he walked off. Two weeks ago on a Sunday, paid for a lot of OSB and was only customer and waited 25 minutes to get loaded. It never happened. Got a refund and took that $700 to Home Depot. Yesterday, on a Saturday, nobody was working in the doors or fastener section when needing nails off upper racks. Took that purchase to Home Depot as well. I have had no problems with this place spend hundreds of dollars here. They let me bring my pitt with no problems. Decided to go to home Depot today got kicked out. Glad I have never spent money there. Hattiesbirg Lowes to the top
Pre Black Friday sales going on. Busy weekend day. One open cashier. Great older gentleman doing the best he can and who was a very lovely, courteous person. Self service was the worst thing to happen to customer service because now huge companies refuse to hire enough people to provide service. If Home Depot had carried the item I needed, I would have walked out. Note: not all Lowes are this way. Get jacked all the way around. Employees hide when need em then. Jack u around one price on stuff but u get the high price. If you want service go to economy supply. They will help
