Received the WORST customer service from the “Delivery Department.” How many times can a person transfer you? Way too many. We ordered a washer & dryer in store and PAID for it to be delivered to us. Long story short, the washer and dryer was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be. The manager claimed that he didn’t know what was going on and why it had not been delivered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Ordered and paid for a washer and dryer one evening, might I add took 50 minutes after closing just to get the appliances paid for because of their system. Was told it would take a week to come in and they would call me. That call never came. So I called them and they told me that it had been sitting there for several days, so we proceeded to figure out when I was going to get the washer and dryer and was told it would be the next week on Tuesday. Worst customer service ever. Don’t recommend trying to buy any type of appliance period. They don’t want to help period. Just rude
I was there looking for patio furniture and the help was horrible .one guy started helping me and tried to convince me to build my own table!! then he walked away! I stood alone for about 20 minutes! finally a nice lady came..but they do not sell displays!! it was a bad bad experience
Employees cursing around customers. Employees refusing to get items down for customers. Rude customer service members!

“Pickup” from ordering online is a joke. Big sign for pickups, go to that register, they act like you’ve spit in their face - most especially Robin. Took her dear time getting to the floor to get it and back. I would have gone and gotten it if I’d known I needed to. Management, attitude goes a long way! I don’t intend to ever shop there again. I know it’s always busy and it was Christmas time but her attitude was ridiculous. And yes I was nice and respectful to them. Again I won’t be back.
Better be sure to check your receipt at the HATTIESBURG Lowe’s , cause they’ll surely OVERCHARGE you! Then when you catch THEIR error, they’ll treat you like YOU did something wrong!! Management probably needs to have retraining on customer service at the front desk!
