Do not shop here! I have spent a lot of money here and am now a new customer of Home Depot! First of all I got ripped off buying an extended warranty on all of my appliances. I was told it was a two year "extended" warranty. Well just to let you know you are only purchasing a year because they include the manufacturer warranty. My ice maker has not worked since February on my refrigerator! They have sent multiple repairmen to fix it and still no ice!!! My refrigerator is not even two years old. I had a scheduled delivery for refrigerator Wednesday morning. We never received a phone call nor had the refrigerator showed up by 5 PM. After work I canceled the order due to lack of service.
I bought a dryer and needed to replace the cord so I went to customer service. I was told I was on the "wrong side" of the counter but she would help me. I thought, the sign above you says customer service and I am a customer here for service. I went through an act of congress to get my money back on my card. She was rude to me. I needed a replacement and had no help getting the cord. I finally found it on my own. I will use Petal from now on.
We went in for special light bulbs. We asked four different employees and all of them said it wasn't there job. Then we had the store page someone and waiting more then 30 minutes and no one showed up. We finally left and went to Home Depot.
Great Store!!! Almost always asked several times if need assistance!!! But FYI for customers who need to use the motorized chairs please plug them in otherwise they are useless to your customers who need to use them. �
