The customer service is horrible and trying to find the same person working is even worse. They don't call back when promised and I had substantial problems with several locks being keyed correctly and the locks themselves working even after being installed correctly. One day, I had to go to the store three different times to get keys made (they couldn't find the right blanks and indicated they would have to be ordered) and to get another lock that worked. The guy working tonight in the lumber department is absolutely ridiculous. We left our merchandise we had in our buggy and walked out. If he is what they call customer service they need a dictionary because he was anything but helpful. To top it off, the manager was no where to be found.
More than willing to assist a 20 something that knows nothing about home improvements and wants to do crafts. Thanks again Jeremy in lumber for making my day much less stressful after a locally owned business said they did not have the time.
Last Labor Day Francis and I took advantage of a sale at Lowe's Home Improvement with a paint/stain promotion...we bought at least 3 gallons, maybe 4 of the stain and were promised a $40 gift card...never got it....guess who threw away her copy once she sent it in???? Have we stopped shopping at Lowe's??? No, but sort of frustrated when they tell/advertise something and don't honor/follow-up!!! So SHARE this post and help me get my $40....
I like the store and the products, but trying to get assistance in this store is impossible. Back in January, I came to this store prepared to purchase kitchen cabinets for a renovation in my home. Unable to get any kind of assistance, I instead purchased $2500 worth of cabinets from Home Depot. Tonight, I was in there wanting to purchase a light fixture, but again, after requesting assistance twice from the service desk, I left empty handed and will be going to Home Depot to make my purchase.
What about the Lowe's Build and Grow Program for the chrildren to help them grow as future potential customers. Even though it's toys made of wood they have lots of fun and it is very educational. Thank you Lowes..... George Boyles
May want to think twice about having installation done in your in your home - they take all the money up front so you have no legs to stand on when they won't repair issue afterwards!
