If you want it done, you’ll have to do it yourself. Fix your customer service. It is YOUR job to contact us. Three days in a ROW I had to call you because NO ONE CALLED US BACK. We are paying you to do something. We EXPECT you to do what we pay you to do. Employees walking around doing nothing and not one of them could get the key to unlock the chairs outside! I wanted to buy them but they missed the sale! I do not recommend this store👎
I went there this week to purchase 2 picnic tables for a senior citizen home as a thank you for taking such good care of our Mama. Tables were assembled but there was a $10 assembly charge. I said ok. This put them at $100+ each. Yes they would deliver. It would be $89 to go 20 minutes, all 4 lane road. The customer service ladies were very nice and helpful and said let’s find out if we can get that waived. Whoever they talked to on the phone said no. I drive 60 miles to shop at Lowes.
