While I like the location was disappointed in couple things, the lady who we had to use for paint assistant was not helpful in explaining paint option and I could tell she felt bothered with me although I finally managed to get what I hoped was 2 gallons of right paint, then the only way to pay was from self help machines, well so many people needing help from the 1 attendant made it a long frustrating wait, will drive a little further to Home Depot
Michael in outdoors garden help me find and get a tree . Very nice and friendly. Very happy. With service I got.
BEWARE!!! Don't ever get a wood fence from LOWE'S! Been waiting 3 months. Barely came today. They did a part of it and said would be back Monday if it doesn't rain! Material has been sitting in yard for 3 Weeks! Of course grass is dead! Plus some of the material is cracked and warped. I talked to Kathy a manager at Pearland Lowes, she said don't worry contractor would put bad pieces A-side. I also talked to contractor this morning and he said the same. Who is the manager at the location? We purchased a refrigerator and got the service plan - the door was not closing right and we called service which made the issue worse and we are waiting for a new door or new fridge. In the meantime the fridge if not working properly so what is our option? This is a 3 month ago purchase.
If your to have something assembled don't count on it being assembled at time of pick up and if you still want don't count on that happening any time soon either. Best option ho someplace else. So long Lowes I hope to never set foot in your store again.
