So apparently lowes customer service sucks. Ordered a Dyson Air Purifier online and got a really good deal. They canceled my order out of no where. I didn't want to do store pick which was an option when ordering but the drive to and and from the store from my house in West Pearland is about an hour. So I thought I would just save myself the time and ship it. Lo and behold order gets canceled and they won't honor the price even though they have it in store. The clerk who was just covering a lunch break was very helpful and the manager also super nice. Was able to purchase my new refrigerator and washer/dryer set and they made sure I had everything I needed and helped me stay within budget. They have it scheduled for delivery as quickly as possible. Very happy with the service I received at this location!
I bought a refrigerator and protection plan for 5 years. Fridge broke and I have been trying to get this fixed for 2 months. Nobody will help and nobody ever calls like they say they will. DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE OR PROTECTION PLAN FROM LOWES!!!!
After spending over 30k with lowes over the last 3 months. I have had nothing but heartache. I finally get a chance to unpack the microwave we bought and it looks like it has been ran over by a forklift and taped up to hide it! Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life! I will never shop with you guys again.
