Purchased James Hardie siding, among several thousands of other things in the past year. First they shorted us 65 pieces. They refunded and replaced the order. It was delivered, I counted it, thought all was good. We opened the stack this weekend to find it was the wrong style. The manager would help on the phone (Adam), said he'd call us back and didn't. Messed up on my order and manager never even came to talk to me. Poor customer service.
Honestly it was the worst experience I've ever had, it was early afternoon like 1 and they had pallets of merch blocking half the aisles and the shelves were basically unshoppable. They had team members (without name tags or vests )using pallet jacks to unload a truck and they were depositing these pallets anywhere on floor without rhyme or reason, and had forklifts going without spotters or gating the aisles. We always have great service at the Pearland Texas location. The best that They welcome our dogs and at checkout they have treats fir them.
The place is so clustered can't hardly get down the isle, ABSOLUTELY no help when loading or when I asked for some help 2 boys just pointed so I could find and get for myself my Dad & I both cut our arms getting lattice off high shelves. The star is for the gentleman that helped my daughter get a vanity but he said they would help us load at pro section NOT, the girl who rang us up was really nice. Home Depot next time!!
Had an issue with a product so they connected me to a manager named Eduardo Medina. He handled my problem within 5 minutes. He had extensive knowledge on the product. My husband was excited that he handed us his business cards to avoid future problems, if any. What great customer service. We love coming to Lowe's on Broadway Street in Pearland. P.S. I am a big gardener ~they have the best plants in town.
We had to replace our water heater and we got their the Daniel, our salesman, was knowledgeable and assist us with no issues--he noticed I had on a 82nd ARBNE hat and asked if I served and when I told him yes said that they offer 10% for veterans!! Saved $60 and couldn't be happier. We bought it Sunday and it is being installed tomorrow!!
