Get help in the paint department. I stood at the counter about 10 minutes to buy paint and no one waited on me. I went across the aisle and asked if someone was working in paint and was told she would get someone. Lost today's sale and any other. Will not be back

Worst customer service!! Manager, Darren is a joke and does not care about customer service! I’d NEVER recommend anyone buy anything especially if you want them to install it at your home!! Then if you disagree he will tell you how to speak to him!
Worst customer service. We walked in the exit with a receipt at Lowe’s in Pearland to pick up an order at customer service and the rude woman working the door asked if we were looking for customer service. She told us you’re at the exit, you need to go outside and walk around. Are you kidding me? It’s literally right there. Who is going to tell someone to leave when it was literally about 15 steps away? Her resting bitch face and poor attitude I will never shop at Lowe’s again.
I bought his mower for $218 with a one-year warranty I took it back to them still in warranty I had to sign some papers before they would even look at it then when I get it back they said I owe them $118 they said the warranty did not cover what was wrong with it I only used it 3 times it was like new so I lost my mower all I'm saying is don't buy anything from Lowe's did you have to worry about a warranty because they're going to rip you off good luck
