I understand that Covid has everything backed up but that does not mean you slack in customer service I ordered over $1800 worth of stuff a month ago and as of yesterday you finally tell me that you cannot deliver it until January 2021. Unacceptable
The worst experience I have ever had at a store! We showed up for store pick up at 6:45, I checked in via the app like usual, 20 minutes later no one has come out with our items. I call the store and wait on hold for another 10 minutes with no answer. Finally my husband walks inside to notify them that we have been waiting 30 min, the lady said ok we will send them right out. 15 more minutes go by so I call again, they finally answer and say ok we’re on the way. They did not deliver our refrigerator when THEY scheduled & when we attempted to contact the store in regards to our delivery we were NEVER able to speak to a representative.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the world. Laziest people with ZERO product knowledge. Been on hold for over 45 minutes and still am as I write this!!!!
I was in there for 10-15. Not a single employee addressed me... well to be fair, the k my employees that I saw were the one either cashiering or sitting behind a desk. My first (and last) visit.
This store has the worst customer service ever. You can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. As I write this I have been ringing the store number for 1 hour and 20 minutes. They have picked up and hung up the receiver on me four times.....I just call right back and ring it nonstop. All of this BS just to get some warranty information 🤬🤬🤬
