Purchase appliances someplace else!! "Customer satisfaction is our goal" as it says on the receipt until your new appliance breaks right at a month then you are just out of luck. Extremely rude staff, with no customer service skills. Spent extra for warranties that seem to be worthless.
Avoid extended warranties through Tech Pro Plus. No tech, they're not "pros" and the only "Plus" the have is wait time on the phone. Customer service should start with the customer, not the service company. Lowes needs to get better service providers.

Poor customer service all the way up to corporate. Still waiting for a call from pearland. Waited for an hour for them to find my online order that I called to make sure it was waiting for me. Lied to again by Lowes. Seems to be a habit for them.
It's getting worse and worse at this Lowe's. Their customer service is going downhill. When someone complains to the manager, nothing gets done. I can't even get someone on the phone! Now they have been hassling veterans by making us go through a long process of registering online, EVEN THOUGH THEIR OWN WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES AN EASIER WAY! Let's see if anyone is really listening to us.
