I rate star because my mom paid $35 to get them to come measure floor so she could have them put flooring in. Never heard back from anyone, so she called Lowes was told someone would call back set up an appointment. 3 weeks later, still nothing. Went and got her money back yesterday! Same thing happened to me a years ago. Turned the garage into my apt. behind her house and took forever to get anyone to come measure so they could put carpet in. No customer service in the lawn and garden area, the discussion of the barque over the weekend was more important.
Very disappointed with Lowe's of Alexandria's delivery service- spent $3500 on a mower yesterday with the promise that it would be delivered this morning- at 7:30 this morning we get a call trying to put off the delivery- explained we both work and no one would be here to take delivery during the week so it had to be today- the guy tells us he will call back shortly to let us know what time today to expect it-- almost 1:00 pm and still no mower and no call back- can we say customer service fail
Ordered pavers online and they canceled due to availability without the courtesy of letting me know. Customer service guaranteed someone from the store would call me in 24 hours to discuss a resolution. That was three days ago and no contact. They re-affirm Home Depot's commitment to their customers.
I am in Lowe's to pick up a dishwasher that we ordered last week. We were told to go to Customer Service. The nice lady has requested someone from Appliances to call her. She has requested at least 10 times. No one will call her. We decided to walk back to the appliance department. Probably 10 customers needing assistance. NO ONE back here initially. Need to beef up customer service in the appliance department. Ridiculous!!! I am in favor of telling them to keep their dishwasher!!
Where America shops for Christmas and well, just plain shops! One of my favorite stores!!
