We had Lowe’s come in and measure for our countertops, which was a $75 charge. We needed 4 individual pieces cut. When we received our counters, they where all cut to short and the side pieces where on the wrong sides.
Answer phones , tell the truth , have customer service reps that actually serve the customer rather that act as the customer is an annoyance
Nobody knows anything when you ask for help the tell you that not there department. Just in there and they had the flooring I needed but it was up on a plate but nobody there could get it down come back tomorrow they said I live 45 minutes away why should I have to come back. This store is a joke. Probably will be shopping somewhere else.
Bought a freezer here less than a year ago. It already went out. They will not stand behind it or refund it. Just give you a bunch of numbers to call with no help. So out money with a junk freezer now.
Been waiting on countertops for 3 months. Went back and got my money. What a joke.
Next day delivery was actually 10 days later - SERIOUSLY?!?!?
