This is the worst lowes I've have ever been too. The employees are not helpful, only one cash register open, needed help loading a box, was told it would be 30 minutes before they could get me help. Home depot has my business from Alexandria La for now on.
Most employees that I've had contact with are unfriendly and unhelpful. No large item I ever need is in stock and they don't know when I'll get it if I order it. & my home cabinets were installed unprofessionally.
Waiting over 45 minutes to get someone to help me. I was going to buy a dryer and couldn't get a single person to even acknowledge my breathing. This is horrible, I see why everyone goes to Home Depot or another business.
Very disappointed in the management team at the Alexandria Lowe's in regards to their support of the Cenla area. We had our camper set up on the side of Lowes near North Blvd for the Mardi Gras parade (nowhere near any of the entrances). The night prior to the parade we were contacted by APD telling us the manager of Lowes wanted ours, and all the other campers, moved ASAP.
