We were very lucky to have Jason help us today. Very very helpful to me since I had no idea what I was doing! Helped find all the best deals, hauled around all 6 of my buggies and even price matched something I found cheaper at another store.
The bin locations in the store dont match whats online. I look up the location of items online before i go shopping so I dont have to walk all over the store trying to find the items. Yesterday I was looking for 5 items and none of them were where they were listed online. Get it fixed.
I have had the worst experience ever !!! They tell more lies than a hooker on the street corner !! They left the store today at 4:15 with a delivery to my house here it is 9:45 no show but wait the store calls me at 5:15 and tells me again they have left 20 minutes ago to deliver my products!!!!!! No show ! I only chose 1 star because 0 was not an option. Worst customer service ever!!! Either managers are " not available" or they never call you back when they say they will. Took THREE delivery dates to finally get an item delivered. This is not the first time to have delivery issues with this store. In fact, there are delivery issues EVERY time, but this one was the worst. After all these years, I don't think I'll be a Lowe's customer any longer. Bought a dryer with a scheduled delivery date of Friday...Friday comes and goes with no delivery and no phone call. I called multiple times on Friday and no one can give any sort of information on delivery. Finally, on Friday night after multiple attempts to get information, I got someone on the phone to tell me that delivery would have to be rescheduled for Sunday. Burned me again. Once again I picked up some nice items on sale, got them to the checkout, and was surprised to find that they were not longer on clearance sale. This is the second time this has happened at this location. And there were other people with these same chair pads in their baskets going through this and no one had gone back to correct the signage. Nice people. Bad follow through.
