crappy customer service,...RUDE EMPLOYEES , nobody cares to try and help anyone , they don't give enough Information..spent ALOT of money on a generator and it isn't running right, they won't take it back and trying to charge me to send it off for repair!! still under warranty and had it less than a month. OH AND NO MANAGER IN SITE TO TRY AND RESOLVE ISSUES!
My mother, grandmother, and I were looking at flooring. We were in the flooring department for over an hour and NO ONE stopped to ask if we needed assistance! We saw workers passing by constantly! They would look at us and continue walking as if we weren’t there! While trying to load cartons of flooring, my mother had to stop two workers and request their help. I will say they were extremely nice and assisted us! This should not happen! At no point should a costumer have to hunt down a worker to receive assistance!!
‼️I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A RECOMMENDATION FOR LOWE’S IN ALEXANDRIA‼️ I’m giving you all a recommendation to GO somewhere ELSE for delivery. 🤬 Let me give you 4️⃣ reasons because as of today we have had 5️⃣ tries at delivering our refrigerator. 1. July 22 was the 1st delivery date and it’s on the receipt. We call when they don’t show and we were not on the list. Computer shows August 7 for delivery. 2. August 7 no show and we call them. RecommendedIf it wasn’t for Mrs. Dana in appliances this trip would’ve been a total bust. I just have to give her a shoutout because she was so sweet and helpful. She did a huge job all by herself while all the other workers were just walking by without helping or even offering. PLEASE give Mrs. Dana a raise!!! Yall don’t want to lose her!!!
We came to get a generator this morning and the guys loading them need a huge shoutout. They were hot and worn out and it was only 9am. I didn’t get their names but they had the best disposition. And also the little lady out there directing traffic in this heat. Thanks Lowe’s for making this trip easy peasy.
I have needs attempting to speak with someone over the phone literally all day. I tried calling the customer service about a order status with no luck. After that I have went down the entire chain of each department with the same luck. Does anyone even work here anymore? I would hate to see how your management is ran....
They could pick up the phone and bring out the curbside order which is a service they purport to offer. I was there and called and called. No answer. They can keep my order.
We bought a part in your store your employee ordered it online. We paid for the part with our debit card you have now tied up 1200.00 on that one 460.00 part. We have checks out and have been laid off and you all have literally screwed us. I WILL NOT recommend y’all to anyone and will tell everyone of our experience. We also canceled the order because of the overcharging and found the part 200.00 less somewhere else!
Always have exactly what I’m looking for or need and the staff is exceptional.
