By far the ABSOLUTE WORST in customer service and the manager is a shit head!! Hello Home Depot !!
Do yourself a favor and DON'T purchase a Samsung product!! They DON'T care about their customers and DON'T count on Lowe's to help you either!! Lowe's is still carrying Samsung products knowing the nightmare that Samsung has put their customers through!! Lowe's has always been one of my favorite stores, but this is the last day I step foot through these doors!!
My friend and I went there tonight to pick up some materials to redo a bench in our apartment; we had no clue what we were doing, or what we would need. We found an employee in the paint department and he was extremely helpful. Not only did he show us exactly what we needed, but he also helped us find quality materials that worked for our budget, and told us exactly what we needed to do in order to achieve the look we wanted. I have been doing with Lowes for many years. We waited for 20 minutes in flooring for an associate, with the pa system continually calling for service in flooring. We tried to flag an associate down and he kept walking and mumbled he would send someone else. That someone did not arrive. We let the associate at the register know. She called the same associate to meet us back in flooring and assured us he would there this time. He never arrived for the second time, neither did anyone else.
