I have had the WORST experience ever Lowe’s was supposed to do my kitchen ...should have taken them 3-4 weeks snd it’s now a year snd 1/2 snd the project is still not complete !!!!!! It’s unbelievable that they are so unprofessional inadequate numskulls who don’t know anything about remodeling!!!! I would NEVER EVER use Lowe’s again
Used to be my "go to" store but due to customer service, unhelpful staff, and availability of stocked products on the shelf it is now a "if I have to" store.
Done with them. Customer service has progressively gotten worse. Absolute horrible experience this past weekend. By far not the first but it will be the last. Won’t go into details but I’ll be more than happy to spend my $ at Home Depot.
This is the worst Lowe’s I have ever been to I was charged twice for one item and I have fought with them and the Better Business Bureau for over a month to get my refund back and I was just informed that I am not owed a refund so basically Lowes has stolen money from me since they charged me two times for one item and they act like I am lying. I purchased a clothes dryer at Lowes last week in a transaction that took less that 15 minutes. I was happy with the efficiency of the purchase and was told by the salesman that my dryer would be delivered on the following Wednesday (today) between noon and 4pm. I took a vacation day so that I would be home for the delivery. After running a few errands this morning I arrived home at 11:30am to a voice mail on my landline saying that they had already been to my house and since I wasn't home that I would have to reschedule. My husband bought a new dishwasher on April 6, 2018. It was an in stock product and he was told we would be contacted for delivery and installation within two days. I had to call on the 11th to see where it was. I spent over an hour on the phone, having been put on hold 5 times and transferred 4 times, I was promised the installers would be contacting me within two more days. It is now the 14th and have still no been contacted!! We will never again be doing business at any Lowes store! ���
