The WORST customer service. They never answer the phone and when they do, rude and clueless. Bought patio items they “said” they tried to deliver. They did not and put them back and resold despite my communications with Lowe’s “customer care” This was the last straw and will never shop with them again.
Customer Service has been horrible with my last few visits. I'd rather shop small and be treated like family.
The service is the worst ! You walk by someone in your store they will drop their head and not make eye contact so they don’t have to ask if they can help you . Press the help sign , I waited Wednesday morning in glass cutting are til it announced code 3 in glass and still no one showed . The people of BG laugh and tell jokes about the horrible service .
This place has no customer service and they will not honor the prices
Horrible experience in the garden center. All garden center employees are extremely disrespectful. Waited forever just to have some pine straw loaded. Mark, I assume the manager, isn’t much of a manager. Will never shop here again.
Our local Lowes went beyond of duty when the Lowes corporate office, Lowes warranty office, Lowes repair & Troy Built company wouldn't do nothing even with a 3 year warranty and receipt of purchase, absolutely nothing the Bowling Green office and the outdoor dept were kindly enough to make the problem right. I have had some bad customer service at Lowes in the past, but the prices and selection kept me returning. Today, I had the best customer service I have ever experienced any where...not just Lowes. I had three gentleman help me load and secure a set of french doors on the back of my pickup. They went above the call to do this. One of the gentleman was getting off of work at the same time I was loading it. He followed us home to ensure that we made it safely. I purchased siding,windows and post for the front porch . They was scratched and dented when the contractor opened box ! The contractor took pictures and said that his boss would take care of them ! Then Lowe’s told us Sense we signed and they put them up that we was going to have to pay to have them put back up . So don’t ever sign any papers to everything is to your like !!!! I will never do any big jobs with Lowes again !!!
