Absolutely the worst experience shopping at Lowe’s. They have progressively gotten worse over the last 6 months. The store manager didn’t care. The area supervisor called me and said he really doesn’t care either. #welcometohomedepot

Worst service! We spent a lot of money and 18 weeks later, still no finished project. Our 2 tubs are wrong, doors were ordered wrong, our contractor never shows up or anyone else for that matter!
Most of the time the people at the store are great. Just the one disgruntled cashier in the lumber section. When I go in and see her there I just wonder if it wouldn’t be more pleasant to go to the orange store.
I went to Lowes to get edging to keep my dog from going out under my chain link fence. I asked an associate if they had any and he took me to find it and stayed and showed me several types. He was very helpful and polite. I love Lowes!
This place is terrible! They were supposed to install carpet it took them over a year and a half, but didn't trim a wood door that was rubbing against the carpet they just laid. The door was ruining the new carpet and I asked them to trim the door every week for months and when they finally expedited the repeated request they scheduled a visit for the man to come trim the door and then called me two days before hand and said that he could not trim the door because it was an insulated metal door.
