Lowe's was so helpful to us in this situation. We are out in the country and it was difficult to get a replacement refrigerator. After waiting 20 minutes to get help and being told 3 times someone will be right over we finally got help. The employee who helped us was very helpful and courteous.

Your Covid procedures are not a viable business model. Lines down the parking lot just to get in. I turned around went home and ordered my items from Amazon. My wife bought a $2000.00 refrigerator from Lowe's in Bowling Green Ky on the 5th of December and knowing it's a busy time of the year with Christmas purchases and all, allowed Lowe's plenty of time to deliver the refrigerator. She was told it would be delivered on Saturday the 21st. It's now 8:05 pm, and still,no refrigerator! We have wasted a whole day of waiting on this delivery and will have to waste another day, when they give us some lame excuse as to why it didn't get delivered today and we will have to reschedule ano... read more
I was a little disappointed that they called a code 50 to where we were waiting on my husband to come back from restroom. that's ok though I know they were just protecting everyone
