Needed help in the lighting dept and the salesman Anthony SUCKED!
Nick in appliances was very helpful. Lowe's was the only store in Bowling Green that actually had refrigerators in stock. And they will price match as well.
I sent an online inquiry about their bathroom renovation and design services. The next week I was inundated with phone calls about scheduling an appointment to meet with a design specialist. I took off of work early to meet with a woman who seemed annoyed I was even in her presence. She asked about our renovation budget then scoffed at me. If you are unwilling to even have a discussion about bathroom renovation under $15k, then why not suggest that over the phone? A frustrating waste of time.
Loaded 46 pieces of wood (2x6x10) by myself onto a cart---And NO ONE ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP!!!!! I then told the girl at the cash register no one offered to help me and she just brushed it off like it was no big deal. I had to wait 20+ minutes till someone finally loaded the wood into my truck. Then I told them I still needed plywood---they just walked off and disappeared. I waited another 30+ minutes for help and finally I had had enough and left! We had a fence installed when we built our house in 2015. Every time the wind blows several sections fall over or the panels pop out. The first time it happened was just a few months after installation. Several times since. And today half of our fence is down. Horrible installation!
Went last night to get material to remodel our house, asked 2 different people for help in the tubs. Neither guys knew anything & they couldn't seem to find anyone who did only saying guess they're all gone to lunch. By the time a guy did come, I had already found my answer online. Same happened with the washer/dryer. I had to go find someone, again. Any other time you can't walk down an aisle somewheres without being asked if you need help. Wasn't the case at this store. I started at Home Depot and they would not honor the veterans discount. I told them good bye and went to Lowes they were glad to give me this discount. They thanked me for shopping at Lowes and loaded the dishwasher in my truck for me. Ty Lowes
