went to lowes to buy a counter top and associate name mark care more about drive the reach truck than help me then . i told him i needto see the sku he was like move out the way . i dont give a fxxkthe what do or you said . the assistant manager kim offer me a discount is no a out a discount mark was disrespectful un professional .
You can walk around all day at Lowe's and nobody will ask if they can help you find something. There also just like Wal-Mart when it comes to checking out merchandise. They got 15 lanes of check out but only open 2. Which is why I shop HOME DEPOT. Employees at HOME DEPOT stand in the isle and ask if you are ready to check out. Home Depot has 15 lanes OPEN. They also ask if they can help you find things when walking about. Will never shop Lowe's again nor will I ever recommend it unless Lowe's changes their ways.
Let me start by saying that we have lived in our current house for almost 8 years now, and EVERYTHING we purchased in the way of upgrades and improvements, was purchased from the Simpsonville store. Been fighting over the phone with customer care, the installation department, and this Lowes location for two months on an in-store purchase. Just as I was getting everything ready to speak with my attorney due to Kevin, the store manager, not caring enough to call me back, I stopped into this location to speak to someone one last time. Why do people.feelnthe need to park in the loading area and why are they allowed. I get so frustrated when I come out with a load of lumber and I have to drag it out to the parking lot because some dip stick thinks he is more important than anyone else and parks there to run in and pick up a box of nails or something.
I am hoping that this situation will turn around and have been in touch with the executive customer care team. However, since I was told today that they don't have any time to speak to me until next Wednesday (12/13/17) I am unsure whether this will be resolved by Christmas.
