4/17/2020 I placed an order online at noon, to be picked up in store. I expected it to take a while since Lowe's has been a madhouse. I called at 4:30 pm to find out the status of my order, since there was no email about it yet. the guy answered the phone, I game him my order number. He said it hadn't been pulled yet, that he would do that and I would get an email when it was ready. I stopped in the store at 5:30 in my way to work to find out that my order had been cancelled!! poor customer service, had a delivery schedule for 4-4-2020 in the morning and at 3:30 i have had no contact from them contacted store and they indicated they could not reach the delivery team, had men here to work and they could not perform their job due to the poor service from lowes What a joke to even say you have customer service.
