Horrible customer service. Big line. Only one person working. Called for help 3 times over intercom and it took forever to get help
Fantastic customer service! I've had only one unpleasant experience at this store and it was immediately made right. I can't say enough about their level of customer care and expertise!
Someone in authority please address the Poinsette Highway Store. Especially the Customer Service Department! Stand at the desk, they (2 people) look at you and just walk away???
I had to have some wood cut and I had my 4 month old nephew with me in a car seat. The guy in the back who cut my wood acted like I was bothering him and after he cut my wood he pushed my cart to me and said have a good day. I'm at the back of the store with a buggy with a car seat on it and a cart full of wood. Not once did he offer to help me. Then as I'm paying the cashier asked me if I needed help. I told he yes that I was going to get my truck and put the baby in and I would pull up....I pulled up to get my wood....not ... read more
