I don't appreciate the man at build n grow giving me attitude. I waited in line 34 mins.. Then he said I couldn't take the packet home after I said I had to be at work and I always build there but it took so long to get a packet I didn't have time to build there. SO RUDE
Was looking at washers and the woman that works in that department would not stay with me to answer any questions I had she kept wanting to run back over to her station desk and fidget around there she had poor knowledge of the appliances and was not at all helpful. I did make a purchase I am not please with it at all Lowes is wanting to give me a hassle about coming to pick up their washer that is poorly made and does not even work correctly. They have horrible customer service and poorly knowledgeable sales staff.
If I could give this store a 0, I would. Worst Lowe's I've ever did business with. Poor communication, management that doesn't care, too much to type in this short space. Do yourself a favor and use the Home Depot around the corner.
We are renovating a older home in Laurens and bless you Lowes of Simpsonville and Greenville! From paint to well supplies to new windows....you are aces in our book! Customer friendly. And extremely helpful! Thanks!
Horrible when it comes to any installation services! Twice I have been told installers would call within 24 hours (nope) and told twice the items woukd be installed within 72 hours (nope)! Dont make promises you cant keep!
