Never buying a item from lowes again. You all gave the worst experience ever for my order. I ordered my items in 20th of June and supposed to be delivered on July 8th, rescheduled it to 11th and on the delivery day after all the confirmation calls and emails, you are rescheduling to August 11th. Which month after month: Month and half from the original purchase date. This is ridiculous service and the attitude and the customer service is a trash. They just put me on hold for hours or treating very rude. Never recommend this ... read more
I was unimpressed with the customer service at this store. It's always hard to find anyone working there to help you find things, but this time there were several people around and no one offered a hand, a couple avoided eye contact all together.
Always great customer service. They always have exactly what I need.
