Is this Lowe’s policy with the Lowe’s logo on it ? Where does it say you only match Home Depot ?
Apparently they don’t believe in customer service at the paint counter. I left after 10 minutes of waiting and getting drips from the AC unit.
Cashier Kim at location 1521 north loop west houston texas is very rude and disrespectful. She refuses to sell without a TX ID. An employee was sent to pick up materials and company usually pays over the phone but she refused to make a sell to a Hispanic male assuming he didn't have a TX ID. He did refuse to show it and asked for a manager to what she responded with a flat No asking what he wanted to do about it. Seriously undermanned in appliance department.... but after a cluster, the asst. mgr. made it right.

@Lowes installed 20 new windows for me in December of 2018 and all 20 have been leaking buckets of water since the installation. Installers admit to sealing windows to vinyl siding (not underlying waterproofing layer) but Lowes still not admitting culpability. What a nightmare.
