Big big mistake from choosing tile at Lowe's to be installed in my house. Big big mistake to have anything installed by Lowe's installation department. Four months out and they have left me high and dry. Tile was damaged by installers and not repaired to this day. Big big mistake to use Lowe's installation for anything that you do.
There is absolutely NO customer service at this store!! We waited an hour for someone to bring our special ordered doors to the front or us. Ridiculous!!
I am severely disappointed with Lowe's. Their delivery crew completely demolished my freshly painted walls. I have called twice, gone twice in person and emailed photo of damages. NO RESPONSE!!!! Now I am paying for walls to be repainted. I wish I could post the photos here of dirty hand prints on my new house. Lowe's has nice staff but their leadership disappears like roaches when the lights come on. Please message me.
This location is a joke. I went online to check if a specific item was in stock and found 7 items available. Unlike the Lowe’s I usually go to, this one did not have the item location specified on the website so it took me a while to find the location of the item. The box of items was empty, so I figured the items were in a box overhead in the scaffolding. Every single employee in the paint department has a bad attitude. From the department head down. Will over pay before I return to this store.
